City invites community to meet utility reps and get answers about neighborhood infrastructure work
Destin, Florida – Residents of Destin will soon be able to find out more about the underground drilling activity going on in their neighborhoods. The City of Destin has announced that there will be a drop-in forum on Wednesday, July 16, from 4 to 6 p.m. at City Hall, which is at 4200 Indian Bayou Trail. The event is meant to allow community members a way of speaking directly to the companies working on the infrastructure projects.
During the forum, representatives from a range of organizations — including Destin Water Users, ADS, Cox, Live Oak Fiber, Gigapower, Okaloosa Gas, Mears Broadband, and Utility Consultants of Florida — will be on hand to meet with residents.
