Georgia resident claims $2 million top prize from Florida Lottery

Tallahassee, Florida – A 64-year-old Riverdale, Georgia, resident, Lavoncis Armstrong, has claimed a $2 million top prize from the $10 MONOPOLY DOUBLER Scratch-Off game. Armstrong secured her winnings at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee, opting for a lump-sum payout of $1,597,848.00.

The winning ticket was purchased at A P Discount, LLC, located on South Ridgewood Avenue in South Daytona. For selling this prize-winning ticket, the retailer was awarded a $4,000 bonus commission.

The MONOPOLY DOUBLER Scratch-Off game, priced at $10 per ticket, boasts a lucrative prize pool of over $176 million. This includes eight top prizes valued at $2 million each. The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.51.
