Okaloosa County unveils 2025–2026 school bus routes with new online lookup tool

Okaloosa County, Florida – The Okaloosa County School District’s Transportation Department has opened the books on the 2025–2026 bus routes, giving families a head-start on planning how students will get to and from school. Routes are now posted, and the district is rolling out a simpler way to find them-no guessing, no phone tag, just a quick search.

At the center of this update is Infofinder i, a new online tool designed to put route details at your fingertips. Families can look up a child’s bus stop and route by entering a home address, making it easy to confirm pick-up and drop-off locations before the first bell rings. It’s meant to be straightforward: search, review, and you’re set.

Here’s the basic flow. First, go to the School District Bus Routes website. After that, open Infofinder i and type in your home location to see the assigned stop and route details. After that, log in to FOCUS and check to see if you made a request for transportation for your child. The system won’t know how to place your child on a route if that last step isn’t done. Checking now can save you headaches later.

Need help or have questions? You can always get in touch with your child’s school. You may also call the Transportation offices directly by area: South Transportation: (850) 833-3555, Central Transportation: (850) 833-4161, and North Transportation: (850) 689-7301. Staff are available to help families double-check information and fix any problems that come up during the lookup process.
