Suspense Magazine’s Beyond the Cover appears to have been created for people just like me, who can’t get enough of well-crafted, tightly-wound thrillers. It hardly hurts when you have guests on board like the great Joseph Finder, whose House on Fire is one of the most nerve-twisting novels of the still-young year. Always fascinating to hear a favorite author discuss the craft, and Mr. Finder is pretty funny, too.
