Pet of the Issue – Tucker

Submitted by Robin Wiesneth

Tucker Wiesneth began his adventures in July 2009 as a tiny abandoned kitten. Left in a box in front of Destin Cat Clinic, scared and crying, Dr. Flynn “tucked” him in her pocket to keep him warm. The name stuck. At about 18 weeks, Tucker became a part of the Wiesneth family.

“A Caribbean pirate, skilled camper, and lifelong adventure cat, he was once lost in Alaska for 14 days,” Robin tells Beachcomber. “Tucker is approaching the ripe old age of 10 next year and is currently working on his memoir. By working, I mean dictating his colorful life story to his favorite human, Robin.”
