Pet of the Issue – Chopper

Submitted by Tracey Clinkscales

Chopper, a seven-year-old English bulldog, loves “short walks to the fridge, long naps, butt scratches, going to the dog park, hanging out with his pals at Goochie Poochie, and catching a nice sunset with his parents,” says Tracey.

Most of the time you can find Chopper flying in his dad Dr. Norman Clinkscales’ plane, rescuing other bulldogs in the southeast with Pilots and Paws. “He can occasionally be seen being pushed down the aisle of the local hardware store, walking the dock at the Emerald Grande, or having a meal at his favorite restaurant on the harbor,” Tracey adds.

Mom says Chopper is honored to be selected as Pet of the Issue. “Now back to napping…”

Here’s Chopper having a time at the Destin Dog Park.
Chopper concentrates on his piloting skills.
Chopper shows his support for his brother, a Marine currently serving in Japan.
Chopper is always ready to brighten up someone’s day with his “bully-ful” smile, says Tracey.
