IMPACT 100 of Northwest Florida’s 2017 officers.

IMPACT 100 of Northwest Florida—a nonprofit, all volunteer organization made up solely of women—has selected a new slate of officers to guide the group in 2017.


Taking the post of president is Teresa Bolton of Santa Rosa Beach. Bolton’s experience includes 16 years in corporate financial departments.


Lisa Jo Spencer of Mary Esther will serve as vice president/president elect.  After completing college and law school, Spencer joined the U.S. Air Force as part of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Following active duty, she was named Assistant State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Okaloosa County.  Moving into private practice in 2003, she was a founding member of Fleet, Spencer & Kilpatrick, and subsequently Lisa Jo Spencer, PA, in 2014.


Pam Woodall of Shalimar will be the secretary of IMPACT 100. She is president of Beach Community Mortgage, a subsidiary of Beach Community Bank that has operations throughout the Emerald Coast.  Woodall has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage business.


Joanna Dean of Crestview will serve as treasurer, a position she also held in 2016. Dean has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting field and has spent the past 10 years working for Speedee Cash Management Company, Inc. She currently serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.


Other 2017 board members are Michelle Anchors (Shalimar), Christine Carter (Destin), Kay Crawford (Miramar Beach), Sherry Ensor (Crestview), Amanda Gordon (Shalimar), Cindy Graham (Santa Rosa Beach), Dawn Hoffman (Niceville), Susan Page (Shalimar), Jennifer Poland (Destin), Gayle Powers (Miramar Beach), Mathilda Ravine (Mary Esther), Cindy Shanklin (Niceville), Mari-Helen Skinner (Miramar Beach), Jo Stewart (Miramar Beach), and Connie Yarbro (Miramar Beach).


In the past five years, IMPACT 100 has contributed $1.29 million to nonprofit groups in Okaloosa and Walton counties.  All of these funds come from annual member donations and are provided as grants of at least $100,000.
