The Okaloosa Arts Alliance would like to thank the sponsors and volunteers that made the Okaloosa Arts & Culture Fest—held at the Fort Walton Beach Landing May 21—a success.

The OAA also thanks all of the Okaloosa County School students that participated in the seventh annual OAA Okaloosa County School Poster Contest. Although we were not able to make everyone a first place winner, all 230 entries were on display at the fest.

Participating schools included Rocky Bayou Christian School, Crestview High School, Liza Jackson Preparatory School, Wright Elementary School, Cinco Christian School, Edge Elementary and Youth Village. Each first place winner received a $75 gift card, generously donated by Eglin Federal Credit Union. Each second place winner received a $50 gift card from the Destin and Mary Esther Target stores. Third place winners snagged $25 gift cards from the Crestview, Destin and Niceville Walmart stores.

The winners were announced at the May 21 event. Congrats to all.
