Bob Striegel, author of How to Get a Job While in High School . . . and Beyond will be signing copies of his book at Destin's Barnes & Noble Saturday, Dec. 21, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Striegel - a/k/a "The High School Jobs Coach” - is a restaurant industry veteran who has interviewed more than 1,000 young adults for jobs over the course of his career. “Not only does this book provide a solid foundation for every interview young adults will ever go on, it offers sound direction and common-sense advice for a successful life,” says Striegel.

How to Get a Job While in High School . . . and Beyond offers easily-understood tips, tools and strategies to put young people on the road to lifelong career success. They’ll learn why it’s important to research the company they want to work for (before they even apply), how to prepare for the interview, what to wear, what to say and how to follow up after the interview takes place. The book’s 25 interview questions – with suggested answers – enable young adults to build their communications skills, so they’ll be confident in almost any interview situation.
