I Love You – Now Hush (with Morgan Murphy) (2010). “A light, funny look at southern men and women stereotypes,” writes reviewer Lindsay C.

SWAG: Southern Women Aging Gracefully (2011). “Reading…SWAG is like sitting on Granny’s porch swing eating a piece of pound cake with a sleeping cat wrapped around your ankles,” says syndicated columnist and author Celia Rivenbark. “You feel full, warm, and, most of all, grateful to be a Southerner.”

The SWAG Life (2011). “She’s only gotten better with her latest collection of essays,” writes The Greenville Advocate’s Angela K. Long. “Highly recommended!”

I’ve Had It Up to Here with Teenagers (2012). According to, Thompson’s latest is “a humorous rant against teens and a celebration of seeing them rise from the ashes of battle to become well-adjusted, responsible humans.”
