Wines to Try - Bouchard 2015 Pinot Noir

The Bouchard family has been producing quality wines for nearly three centuries. They are one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, France, a region known for its Pinot Noir grapes.

The Bouchard 2015 Pinot Noir is 100 percent Pinot Noir—no other varietals are blended in. It is cherry red in color, with aromas of cherry and coffee, and soft integrated toasted notes—a lovely fullness in taste. It has appealing silky tannins on the palate and is very fruit-forward, with flavors of chocolate underscored by a hint of menthol. It has a long finish, with assorted fruit flavors and a subtle touch of oak.

This wine is a perfect match for all meats, barbecues, pizzas and assorted vegetables, and is available at the Twisted Grape in Shalimar by the glass or bottle.
