CULINARY IDOL: I don’t necessarily have an idol, but my mentor, Chef Dan Vargo (executive chef of Hilton Sandestin Beach), is someone I look up to.
SIGNATURE DISH: Anything with gnocchi. I enjoy the process of making it by hand.
MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT: Becoming the executive chef at Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood!
GUILTY PLEASURE: Nachos… seriously, I love nachos.
Chef Graupner joined the Seagar’s team five years ago as a part-time line cook under Vargo’s leadership, and worked her way up to Sous Chef before being named Executive Chef in January. The Menasha, Wisconsin native is a 14-year veteran of the culinary industry.
