EMERALD COAST SCIENCE CENTER’S FOURTH ANNUAL WOMEN IN SCIENCE CONFERENCE

A celebration of women in all STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) professions, the evening will consist of inspirational presentations from professional women in STEM careers. All ages are welcome, especially middle school and high school students looking to discover careers in STEM.

Guests will have a chance to mingle with the speakers and other guest professionals, and all speakers will be a part of an open panel Q&A session for audience members to ask questions. Food and drink provided.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for students.

The event supports the Point Washington Medical Clinic, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose overall mission is to build a stronger and healthier community by providing high quality primary health care regardless of the patient’s means or access. Experience a (mostly) quiet excursion along Florida’s largest coastal dune lake, led by Rangers. Participants must be experienced paddlers age 12 or older. Program is $35, cash only, and includes watercraft rental, life jacket, paddle, glow sticks, park admission fee, and donation to the Friends of Camp Helen State Park.

Outside watercraft and gear are not permitted. Space is limited, so call to reserve your spot.
