One of the NFL’s most-loved teams has tapped Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort as “The Proud Golf and Beach Resort of the New Orleans Saints.” Sandestin has become the go-to vacation spot for many New Orleans Saints Fans.
“We are so proud to partner with the New Orleans Saints,” said Sara Becnel, vice-president of development for Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. “The partnership is a natural fit for us. Not only do Saints fans reside in New Orleans, many of us in the southeast cheer for the black and gold! A significant number of our Sandestin guests are from the Southeast, including the 5.6 million Saints fans across the (nation).”
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will host a Legends Weekend in March 2019, welcoming former Saints players to the resort and including a charity golf tournament and autograph auction benefiting Sandestin Foundation for Kids.
Additionally, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will have a strategic presence on the official website of the New Orleans Saints. Fans will have the opportunity to save on Sandestin vacations and to win a grand prize sweepstakes package including Saints tickets with pregame sideline passes and a stay at Sandestin.
“We are thrilled to partner with the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort,” said Michael Stanfield, New Orleans Saints senior vice-president of sales. “We are hard pressed to think of a better brand and location at which to host our Saints Legends Weekend. We are also excited to offer such a great destination to the best fans in the NFL.”
“This partnership provides a great opportunity for Sandestin to further enhance our relationship with the Saints and come together to support the Sandestin Foundation for Kids,” said Ms. Becnel.
The goal of Sandestin Foundation for Kids is to make a meaningful and positive difference in children’s lives. Currently, SDFK is raising funds to directly support children in the Florida Panhandle affected by Hurricane Michael. Learn more at SandestinFoundationForKids.org.
