The Friends of the Coastal Library of South Walton is having a book sale Feb. 9 and 10. The Friends is the support group for the Coastal Library.
Proceeds from the book sale and the Friends group goes to support such things as the children’s reading program, children’s computers, carpets and chairs for the community room, and the library’s winter programs.
Hardcover books will sell for $1, paperbacks for 50 cents. Many recent titles will be available.
The Friends also have a book shop on site at the library, open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. most days Monday through Friday. Hardcover books are $2 and paperbacks are a buck apiece.
