Okaloosa Arts Alliances Announces 2017-18 Board of Directors

The Okaloosa Arts Alliance (OAA) recently announced its Board of Directors for 2017-18. The Executive Board of Directors are Bill Head (president), Ken Hair of Children in Crisis (chair of the Volunteer Committee and vice-president), Susan Kneller (chair of the OAA Grants Committee and treasurer), and the Arts and Design Society’s Becky Belcher (secretary).

 

The Board of Directors are Karen Reid (Young Philosopher’s Society), Nellie Bogar (Youth Village), Demetrius Fuller (Sinfonia Gulf Coast), Ursel Behnken (German Club), Jeanette Shires (Mattie Kelly Arts Center and Northwest Florida Symphony Guild), Chris Manson (Beachcomber and Act4Mystery), Jean Starkey (Stage Crafters), Gayle Vann (Events Committee chair), author James K. Baughman Sr., and Bill Johnston (Emerald Coast Pipes & Drums).

 

The OAA is the officially designated nonprofit arts agency for Okaloosa County with the mission of supporting and promoting art and culture in Okaloosa County. The Okaloosa Arts Alliance enhances the cultural environment of its community, and promotes, coordinates, and nurtures high quality arts and cultural resources that enrich the lives of residents and visitors.
