The crazy days of summer are about to give way to the even crazier days of fall. With this change in your day-to-day routine, it’s also a good time to change the hectic weekly meal planning required for you and your family.
Locally-owned Healthy Coast Meals (in Fort Walton Beach, across from Uptown Station on Eglin Parkway) offers an exciting new dining option for eating healthy on your busy schedule—or, if you’re like me, just too lazy or worn out to cook.
The idea of healthy, fresh and nutritious meals, ready to heat and eat, had me sold immediately. I was not disappointed. The taste of the Greek Bison Burger entree was amazing. In just two minutes, I was dining on a gourmet burger stuffed with spinach and a hint of Feta, and covered with fresh red bell pepper strips. It was plated on a bed of steamed spinach and freshly cut and roasted new potatoes that were just as tasty. It was easy, quick, low-cost, healthy, and, most importantly, delicious.
“With our online menus, you can plan out a week of meals, custom fit them to your dietary needs, order online or over the phone, and then either have them delivered to your door or pick them up at several locations from Navarre to Panama City Beach,” explains co-owner Ross Cole. “And each delicious meal has the nutrition facts right there on the label.”
The meals are created for busy people who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and have healthy food at their fingertips. Cole, an innovative restaurateur, and co-owner Ashley Cronley, a professional fitness competitor and coach, are passionate about helping people reach their health and nutrition goals.
“The benefits of having healthy meals to take home for lunch and dinner, or all your meals for the week planned out and ready to go are endless,” says Cronley. “Whether you are looking to eat healthier after a summer of too much fun, remove kitchen time from home time, or looking for a fresh, healthy choice to bring to work or send to school with your child, our meals, sides and treats provide a great way to do so.
“All of our meals are gluten-free, and we offer dairyfree options as well. We also have package deals online to save on weekly orders.”
The only way to truly appreciate this unique and delectable concept is to go online to healthycostmeals.com, look over the customizable menus, place your order, and then be ready to experience healthy, worry-free gourmet meals at home.
